This reminds me of some zen stuff. Basically, the type of meditation that I do is called zazen. However, it is a form of zazen known as shikantaza. In this form of meditation we think non thinking. It is sort of like the ultimate letting go. It is kind of like an expansion of mind. I really like the connection that you made here. As I was about to ask you to post something about meditation, I noticed that you already did, so that's what I'm looking at next.
