Wow. I think it is so cool that you are drawing together information from all of these different fields to produce a more integrated form of education. What other professors do you know that are talking about diet and how it relates to the function of your brain? They are practically non existent unless they are lecturing on it for a class they are teaching about the topic.

I haven't heard about this one in class yet, so it was really interesting. I think this is the first math class I've ever had where we don't just talk about math, but every day things to get better at math.
Very interesting. It's too bad because waffles are a large part of my breakfast but I might have to cut loose and go for the good foods. Good bit of information.
